About

I completed my BSc Biomedical Science, NUIG, in 2010. In Melbourne, Australia I received my diploma in Remedial Massage & Sports Injury Theapry, 2012. I worked as a senior allied health therapist in a busy city clinic for several years. On returning to Dublin in 2016 I opened the doors to my own clinic, Manual Movement Medicine. Since then I have achieved my diploma in Orthopaedic Sports Therapy form the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy. I am currently a 5th year student of osteopathy at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine, Cork. I am a registered member of The Irish Institute of Physical Therapy.

As a therapist, my focus is to deliver first class clinical excellence to my patients through a diagnostic approach and informed decision-making. My comprehensive hands-on treatments are tailored to,

  • alleviate pain
  • support injury recovery
  • restore health
  • promote wellness

I apply osteopathic techniques, myofascial release and trigger point therapies as effective soft tissue treatments. The therapy continues outside the sessions with prescribed rehab exercises to be completed at home.

One of my biggest passions is in education and teaching others the ins and out of the body; helping people discover how to make their world a more embodied place.
